Best Employers in Care

Best Care Employers Award

Best Care Employers

We are delighted to announce that Gardiner’s has been awarded

2018 5 Star Best Care Employers award.

The Best Care Employers awards are based on feedback from thousands of Care Workers.  A nationwide, confidential Care Worker Engagement Survey was used by the team behind the Best Employers in Care Awards.

Managing Director, John-Joe Cottam  commented:

“We are all absolutely delighted to receive this Best Employers in Care award.  It means so much to be recognised as one of the best care providers to work for in the UK because the award is based upon the views of our team.  Their feedback provides the motivation we needed to make sure that we continue to focus on the areas that matter most.”

“Many of our team said how they felt so valued as part of an organisation they are proud to work for whilst making such a big difference to lives of our clients.  Frequent comments were also made about the management team, how they are supportive, approachable, efficient and professional; that they listen and always look for ways to improve whilst maintaining a friendly, family feel.  Not forgetting to mention flexible hours, fantastic training and great rates of pay.”

“Importantly, the survey also asked what changes would make Gardiner’s a better place to work.  Many wanted more opportunities to get together as a team and so we will be looking to do just that with more regular events.”
