1 Discuss your needs with us
The first step is to call 01183347474 or to complete our Enquire about care form. We’ll listen to your situation and talk to you about how our service works. We will then send to you further details about Gardiner’s including charges and terms. If you like, we’re happy to visit you at home.
2 Free home visit and assessment
If you like, we’re happy to visit you at home to chat further about Gardiner’s and how we can help. As and when you make a decision to use Gardiner’s, simply call to let us know. We’ll confirm with you initial thoughts about what support is needed and review our capacity. We will also ask you to sign our terms online and agree with arrangements for our initial assessment.
3 Plan your care
We’ll visit you and work together on your Care Plan. We’ll set up direct debit payments and online care portal access for any family members or friends you approve.
4 Get to know your team
We’re confident that you will get on with your care team. Your dedicated Care Manager will speak as often as needed with you, to make sure that you are happy and make any changes needed.
